How to waterboard

Waterboarding involves water poured over a man’s face while he is tied to a table. This simulates drowning and is terrifying for the subject. You must be careful whenever performing waterboarding, if the stream of water flows for more than 40 seconds at a time, your subject may drown.
1. Set up your waterboarding table. A waterboarding table should be slanted down 10-15 degrees. The reason your table should slant is so that the water goes into your subject’s mouth and nostrils, flowing into their sinuses. Ideally, your waterboarding table should be 7 feet long and 4 feet wide, but whatever works will do fine. Anything from a professionally built table, to adjustable weightlifting bench, to a sheet of plywood nailed to two chairs will suffice.
2. Strap your subject down to the slanted table. Their head should be on the lower end of the table, with their feet slightly elevated. Tie them down by any means possible, just ensure that they will not be able to reach up and remove the cloth from their face.
3. Once they’re restrained, wet a rag or t-shirt. Squeeze out the excess water and place it over their face, making sure the nose, mouth, and eyes are completely covered.
4. Start pouring water. Anything works. A watering can, cup, and water bottle will all do well. Just make sure the stream of water to their nose and mouth is steady. Pour for 20-40 seconds. Hold the water container 12 inches from their face. Once 20-40 seconds is up, stop pouring and take the cloth off of their face. They will cough and sputter. Wait until they stop, and allow them to get 3 uninterrupted breaths before you replace the cloth and start pouring the water again. If they continue to cough and choke after too long, remove them from the table for a bit so that they do not die or pass out.
