-If the word starts with a P, B or S followed by a vocal, ussy goes after the next consonant.
-If the word starts with a vocal that isn’t an U, ussy goes after the first consonant.
-If the word starts with a consonant followed by another consonant, the ussy goes after both consonants. This rule also applies if ussy was to follow a consonant that isn’t the first in the cases of the second or third rules.
-If the word has the syllable “pu” and it isn’t the first syllable, ussy goes after it.
-If the word has an U followed by an S and the U isn’t the first letter, ussy goes after it.
