  1. remember that its not real. when my mind tells me bad stuff, i hear it out, and then remember that none of that is real, i am worth it, i am a good person. i’m doing my best, even if i dont believe that. doing your best looks different to everyone.

  2. Provided it’s not a mental illness, the only way to beat bad thoughts is through useful action. Set a task or project that has utility and accomplish it. Build something that can be used daily. Accomplishment is the best way to feel good about yourself.
