What do you think?

  1. It would depend EXACTLY when exactly I’m 21. Just barely turned 21? 21 and six months old? 21 and 9 months old? But if we’re going by 21 exactly (as in when I turned 21), I would say,

“DON’T GO TO UNIVERSITY A. GO TO UNIVERSITY B AND REALLY THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT TO MAJOR IN. ALSO, VOLUNTEER. JOIN CLUBS. MAKE CONNECTIONS. GET EXPERIENCE!!!

  2. Your 20’s are for you to discover yourself as an adult. It’s time to learn what.you want to learn, do what you want to do, start.your career, hate it and change your career, explore the world amd yourself. Marriage and children can wait until your thirties!

  3. At 21 I was afraid to point out that women aren’t paid less for the **same** work. If you compare ALL women vs ALL men, the average income IS lower than women. But this doesn’t necessarily mean it’s the result of discrimination. In fact, we know men choose more dangerous jobs. So is there a correlation in pay for the jobs women choose less often? Maybe. Or maybe it’s just another factor in the **choices** that women and men make differently.

I was afraid to say that before, because women can really angry. But my advice to my 21 year old self would to be brave. You don’t get success with women by being a pushover or yes-man. You have to tell them when they’re wrong sometimes. Not because men know all the answers – no one does; that’s why women conversely also tell men when they’re wrong too.

That’s just one of many things that used to hold me back. I was also afraid of approaching women because of being berated, being accused of being a creep. But that goes away with experience. Most women are really nice, despite the types of women on Reddit and social media.
