I’d have full knowledge of the universe for 24 hours. I’d spend that time trying to record/explain that knowledge in any way I could (draw, write, talk to people) so humanity could benefit from it after the day was over.

I wouldn’t do anything cool or hang out with her friends or anything, it’s just that she is in desperate need of therapy; and Titan knows she’s not going to ask for help on her own. So I would take matters into my own hands, hijack her body, and sign her up for therapy. She wouldn’t back out of it because her mom and her girlfriend would be so proud of her for finally opening up; and Luz is a people pleaser, and therefore would go through with it to make them happy. I would also pay in advance to ensure that she wouldn’t back out.
I (still in Luz’s body) would explain the situation to her friends and mom, and tell them to give Luz a lot of positive reinforcement for going to therapy. I would also try and convince Hunter (one of her close friends) to go to therapy as well.
