I dont understand why it’s a thing. Does anyone actually want to read a random person’s life story before baking cookies?
There is actually a reason for this! Basically, the Google algorithm fucks your page in the ass if you don’t have a decent amount of text. So, the recipes with lots of text end up being the top results, since that’s what they reward with a better result number.
Are there any recipe sites where it’s pretty minimal but direct instructions?
You must read some really fancy recipes. I don’t want to read about them unless they are the ones cooking the meal.
