I enjoy the crust way more than the rest of the pizza, butter crust, cheese stuffed, plain, it doesn’t matter. I fooking love pizza crust. I also love dipping it in various sauces like buffalo, BBQ, ranch, franks red hot. Etc.

Sometimes, cause they put the tomato underneath and the olives on top, you can get a bit that has the juicy baked tomato slice and the savory olive and its like the pizza flavor-nuts in your mouth.

The second bite of a slice if you eat it the correct way, folded. First bite is great but unstable and probably small, and the toppings might not stay on the floppy point. second bite is when you get everything you want

I always go for the smallest piece. Doesn’t apply to pizza cut like a pie.
the very top of the crust layer just under the cheese- steamed, slick, ever so slightly damp, has the sweetness of the tomato without the acidity and the richness of the cheese without the saltiness.
