Hollandaise sauce. You gotta baby that shit so much, and even then it’s a crapshoot that is not gonna break on you
Ratatouille. That damn rat keeps messing up the Ingredients 😡
Live eel is the worst… First off, you cant grab the thing its wiggling about and slimy as hell. To start working on it you basically have to bash it in the head with a knife steel. Then the thing bleeds like crazy… also alot of times its pregnant and now you got a ton of little ole baby eel’s squirming around the cutting board… terrible.
Poached eggs at brunch, got my own place and they’ll never be on the menu
Dalgona because I keep blowing up the pan TvT
Meat in general,I like cooking fast and don’t really do a lot of planning for meals but with meat you have to take it out beforehand to defrost and wait god knows how long till it’s ready and even then if you bought one that wasn’t already cut up you have to deal with cutting through the skin and bones and it’s just a messy process, on top of that depending on what meat it is you l use different seasonings for it and I’m one to just throw things together and hope for the best but I feel like with meat it can either go right or very wrong and after all that you have to cook it, I just don’t like cooking meat in general, I do eat it and keep it around in the freezer for a special occasion but unless it’s already made or cooked for me I don’t make it
