  1. Stop smoking (really? Am I still having to say this??) exercise more (it doesn’t have to be the gym, just take more steps, walk, literally move your body)
Take your medication everyday (no you aren’t too young for a pill box)
And for the love of all things medical, please stop using TikTok videos to diagnose yourself with ADHD.

  2. Not a doc, but my wife is. She would say “Stop using or storing button batteries. They are a straight death sentence for children if swallowed.”

Essentially they break down really quickly and cut holes straight in the esophagus. Causing death and destruction. These batteries should be banned from any toy or remote control.

  3. As a respiratory therapist, I’m often asked how to best protect against COVID. You’d be surprised how many people are shocked when I say to get vaccinated.

  4. I’m not a doctor but my wife is involved in the medical world and it’s crazy how many extremely high risk individuals will refuse a vaccine that will save them from a definite death.
