Guys, registered account a while back, but till this day unable to post in subreddits. post are removed followed by a notification: need more then 5 karmas or account should be a least 3 days old. How and where do to get karmas, and why such a hassle to participate in this forum?

You get karma by making good posts and comments in subs where you are allowed to post. Other users will give you upvotes (“doots”) if they like your post, and downvotes if they don’t.
You need to post, comment and get/give awards (there is the opportunity to get 1 free one every 24hrs in the purchase tab).
Comment on other people’s posts.

The “hassle” is to keep spam, bots and people making brand new accounts from flooding subs with shit posts.
The hassle is because otherwise bots and newbies spam entire subreddits into one big mess.
You get karma by leaving comments other people appreciate, they’ll upvote and you get karma. If they downvote you, you’ll lose karma.
I’ll help you out by giving you some upvotes my guy, just keep posting/commenting in places and you’ll be grand in no time. The hassle is because of spam bots and new users who may try to karma farm. Don’t go to any of the subreddits like r/FreeKarma4U or whatever because it’ll cause you to get banned from some other subreddits that autoban users that use those subreddits because of the karma farming.
