  1. I’d check out the field of therapy called ACT. It’s all about living in a monkey brain that sometimes wants to kill you. It stands for Acceptance(accept all feelings without trying to lesson them) and commitment(commit to the life you value in spite of negative feeling) therapy

  2. What’s harder is dealing with the rest of the monkeys coming up with increasinly smart ways to throw poo at each other and never considering just not throwing poo

  3. I deal by realizing I’m not hairless, I’m an ape not a monkey, and that no matter how bad things get, I’ll never be as assinine as someone who posts things like this.
