I love it. I always have plushies on my bed. my favorite to sleep with is a sleeping Snoopy. The dog from peanuts.
I’m 31.
You can pry my stuffed panda from my cold, dead hands. Until then, it stays in my bed.
I don’t care. If somebody wants to that’s ok.
Many adults continue to sleep with stuffed animals, I believe this to be more of a psychological issue, than an attachment to the stuffed animals themselves. As for myself, I sleep with stuffed animals as I suffer from loneliness and they are a good source of comfort, a body for me to hold onto.
If you want to. Just don’t force your kids to bring theirs to sleepovers.
Nothing but I got no problem with anyone else doing it
Yeah it’s al good. But if I walk into a room and there’s like 100 stuffed toys I might be taken back
I mean, what would be the point of hunting and stuffing it, when you cant cuddle with it afterwards. /s
i’d use them as a pillow or dutch wife replacement.
It’s only annoying when they have hard parts like the eyes and noses of some.
I sleep with my Chewbacca doll next to me.
I’m 19 and still can’t sleep without my blanket I’ve had since I was a baby and a teddy my boyfriend got me. I struggle sleeping and have nightmares and honestly it’s really comforting to have them, I’ll probably always have them.
If someone enjoys it or gets comfort from it they are getting absolutely 0 judgement from me.
As long as they consent and are over 18 I’m cool
we need to ask them for their consent lol im joking guys
Leave mr teddy out of this.
The people who judge this are probably assholes.
Pro tip, wear a condom or they’ll turn into a brick in less than two weeks.
Tbh i’ve never slept with and doll or stuffed animals so when i spent the night at my cousins or something i just feel like they are watching me also my aunt has a raggedy Anne doll collection and different doll collection, anyway I had to sleep in the room she had all of them in for about a summer so any type of doll just gives bad vibs
Not for me but if you like it, go for it
I do that. My stuffed animals have a backstory of why I have them, and they’re comforting
That’s what they’re made for. There’s absolutely no problem with that. Whenever you make them your friend, they will always be that friend that ensures you good sleep, matter your reasons for needing their friendship.
They make cheap pillows.
I think it’s childish but also cute. I have never really slept with stuffed animals bc i don’t really have any use for them. My sleeping position allows no cuddling
I wish i had some moth plushies on my bed, i like moths and tbh I’d probably hug anyone who gave me a moth plushie to death lol
Typically they preform better when they aren’t full.
People find comfort in many ways, I think its admirable. I’ve seen more people lost in search of the same thing at the bottom of a bottle than any pit.
Love that shit
My stuffed animals take up most of my bed tbh. I love it. I didn’t have the childhood I deserved so I am living it out in my adulthood with no shame lol. Nothing wrong with liking cute stuff. My bf loves them too. I actually didn’t have any until I started dating him and he encouraged me to get some lol. Now we have lots of homies
Unless the dog had sex with it it’s fine. It’s mostly a guilt thing.
I’m 15 (almost 16) and still sleep with a blanket. It’s not a weird attachment thing, I can sleep with out it I just choose to have it. I don’t take it to school or anywhere out of my house. But my mom thinks it’s weird and that I need to go to counselling for it. She’s fine with the stuffed animal I have but she’s genuinely concerned about the blanket. Thoughts on this?
I’m embarrassed about it but they’re so cute and I I’d do it if I wasn’t too lazy to go get my little snow man out of the attic
So long as you are willing to acknowledge that it’s socially risky business have at it.
I think it’s childish. I think there’s a time in life where one needs to transition away from that and not surround yourself with things designed for children
Sleeping with stuffed animals or “sleeping” with stuffed animals?
I don’t have any strong feelings of dislike for it. I don’t and probably wouldn’t sleep with them but it wouldn’t bother me at all if someone does.
I’M NEVER STOPPING I LOVE THEM TOO MUCH!!!!
I have 2 unicorns because unicorns have and always will have a place in my heart xD
One of them I got while on holiday with my family last year and the other I’ve had for over 10 years. My grandfather got for me at a boot-fair.
