  1. If you live in US — your state and bearers major city should have a local mental health facility that is low cost to free, especially if you do not have insurance. The one near me does therapy, medication management, and even helps with job placement and basic general health checkups.

    There’s also Better Help. It’s telehealth and all virtual but I think it’s $40 a visit. There’s another website called Cerebral where you can do weekly therapy for $100 a month. So that makes it $25 a session.

  2. If you get health insurance through an employer check to see if they’ve got an Employee Assistance program (EAP). They vary wildly but everyone I’ve got on my insurance gets 10 free therapy sessions a year
