Mayonnaise, like the rest of the civilized world. It’s the best fry-sauce ever and if you’ve never tried it then you can’t complain.

Ketchup is very far down the list. Lots of mayo varieties, bbq sauce, burger sauce, brown sauce and gravy are all better.
I can’t stand ketchup, bearnaise is the only thing I ever dip fries in already.

I like ketchup, but it’s not the best condiment for me.
Last time I had fries, I dipped them in toum (a kind of garlic sauce) and it was great.
I’d make my own ketchup.
