Is it morally unjust to cook Hamburger Helper with ground chicken? Was delicious, but currently having an internal conflict on whether it was right. Where does the general population stand?

Straight to jail.
I say let the tastebuds decide.
I don’t know why they call it “Hamburger” Helper, it does just fine by itself
It’s Chicken Helper at that point.
I prefer it with ground lean turkey actually. Good stuff.
I DONT SEE NO COPS
No this is not a moral issue. You changed the recipe as almost everyone does. In some way or anouther.
That’s gonna be a no from me
Go for ground pork next time.
May God have mercy on your soul
This is a tough one.
On the one hand, most people consider any patty of ground meat (or really ground anything that sticks together) as a “burger.”
On the other hand, it’s specifically “HAMburger” helper, not burger helper.
To confound the matter further, nobody actually uses “hamburger,” do they? It’s just ground beef.
In the end, my gut says: “Maybe.”
To go against the word on the back of a corporation’s packaging is to seek satisfaction beyond the realm of limiting customer complaints.
You do you. That’s part of the fun of cooking is the switching up of recipes.
The instructions say you can use hotdogs too.

It depends. Did you get consent from the chicken before you ground it?
It depends on the flavor, and whether or not the substitute protein works with it.
As a person who critiques people’s food choices all the time, nah you’re good. Nothing wrong with that. Ground beef is gross anyway, you’re doing yourself a favor
Who cares?! You’re eating hamburger helper your morals are already compromised.
Hey babe, take a walk on the wild side…
