Like sea salt, what other products are over described to sound more exotic than they actually are?

Sea salt is not overly described to sound more exotic than it really is. It is different, higher quality, and healthier than table salt. Furthermore, it actually comes from the sea. Therefore the name simply describes it, arguably in the simplest possible way.
Escargot?
“Organic” is a silly word, as it implies that the alternative is inorganic somehow, and I don’t think you can actually have inorganic food?
Most skin care products. A lot cost a few bucks to make and are marked up over 500%
