Parents that were originally not accepting of their gay kids but are now okay with the fact, why were you hesitant at first and what changed your mind? How has this affected your relationship with your child?

2. It’s a big adjustment going from the conventional expectations for your child to knowing they’re on a path that is going to be more difficult. There are multiple stages, which are difficult to understand unless you have been through the process.

   Ultimately, you get to a supportive, accepting place. Then you realize how silly it is to stress over sexuality
