I live in Florida so I don’t have a basement.
They say the attic is too hot.
They are great! I just added a refrigerator and stove. The appliances don’t work, but I’m sure the people down there enjoy having them.

i dont have a basement but my DIY stasis machine in the fridge is good enough ( I am slowly eating their bodies inch by inch every day)
She seems to be fine. Still plays music a bit too loud for my taste, but at least she pays her rent regularly.
