NARA but if there was any expensive work done on the house recently, find out who the contractors were and if they have a common complaints (shit work). You’ll have a home inspection anyways but knowing what to potentially look for could help.
Pay for the home inspection, pay for the pest inspection. Saved me from a nightmare of a house.
Is this property in a flood zone?
Just because it’s not on the water, doesn’t mean the property is flood free. Check with the county AND ask the neighbors.
