  1. At forty I was griping about my back and other pains when an older friend said “ just wait till your 50”. He was right 50 was much worse physically. I’m over 60 now and that sucks too. Enjoy your youth. Wear sunscreen and sunglasses.

  2. I turned 28 this year and I’ve noticed how much my body is breaking down. My back hurts, my knees hurt, my feet hurt. I getting harder and harder to loose weight but so much easier to gain wait

  3. It’s trendy to be mentally ill, or rather to proudly declare you are for attention. In contrast, 10 years ago, The only Tik Tok was by Ke$ha and people still poked each other on Facebook for fun and made funny comments rather than push political agendas. Social Media 10-15 years ago > Today.

  4. Low 30s: the deterioration of the Internet. Much more open racism, just about none of the “This is a place to learn anything/meet anyone” idealism of the earlier Internet.

On the flip side, meme quality (mostly) took an exponential rise.

  5. Data usage hasn’t changed but phones have.

    Buy a $100 phone with 10gb and it’s gone in a day.

    But…
Buy the newest iPhone and it’ll last you a months
