Satan kills only a few people in the bible but God at one point murdered almost everyone on the planet and most of the animals, not to mention all the other times god slaughtered armies, firstborn kids, a village’s children with bears etc etc so how is it that God is the protagonist deity again?

Technically God has more knowledge than us, so we can’t understand him.
Satan sounds like a nice guy in the bible just sayin’. I think it’s a great piece of fiction I just don’t understand how people believe and love! this genocidal psychopath.
Read the entire bible cover-to-cover … Satan’s single purpose is to prevent believers from questioning god. The question you just posed for example, isn’t something that’s brought up in Sunday school.
Satan isn’t evil. But Christians are taught through him to not question the narrative.
That’s what happens when your god is seen as “all knowing, all loving and all forgiving” as a simple matter of fact. If you believe that fundamentally, nothing they do actually matters because “God works in mysterious ways”. The Bible does not deem God good because he does good deeds, the Bible says that God IS goodness, therefor anything he does is good. To be good is to be a servant of God and to follow his will, and if his will is to murder almost every man woman and child on the planet? Then it is good to do so.
History has always been written by the winner side.
We’re probably worshipping the wrong guy.
something something god works in mysterious ways
something something divine plan
Just suppress those rational thoughts of yours, young one.
God’s the one who told people to write the book.
Because he is the most powerful one
You’ve got to break a few eggs to make an omelette.

Well how many people has satan created?

satan’s the scapegoat, ironically he is symbolized as a goat lmao
He has a plan. Since this plan involves murder, rape, slavery and other happy happy thing, i’m going to asume it’s a bad plan. But hey, I’m atheist so what do i know
People die. It’s not God’s fault.
Every culture in human history has a flooding story.
God killed the evil ones, Satan some good ones.
