  1. Someone pointed out to me that I have ADHD, got a diagnosis and yes it helped me in that I now understand why I behave the way I do and helped me find some ways to cope with moments when I get anxious.

  2. Tried out therapy to get rediagnosed with adhd and maybe some treatment too. Went in to figure out why self improvement stuff had no psychological effect.

    Well i got diagnosed with autism as well.

    Not that it helped or changed anything for me.

  3. I was struggling with studying in university, and what I had to do to study I was informed by the school counselor that it shouldn’t be like that and I should seek out testing. My school would pay the whole fee if they found anything, and she was very certain that they would. I was diagnosed with ADHD and I know I wouldn’t have handled graduating without the extra assistance.
