At very least continue advocating for fixing the adoption system. At most, run for local school board/city council to help fix things from the inside out
If it would be illegal to kill a newborn baby because it might have a “rough life”, why do those rights not extend to the unborn? Personally I find the idea of killing something due to a potential assumption to be a dangerous proclamation. Plus, just because somebody is poor now doesn’t mean they’ll always be poor and vice versa. If a mom is rich when her child is born but she suddenly loses all her money, should she now have the right to kill her baby to save it from a potentially harsh life?

Your question contains a loaded insinuation and it’s not in good faith. But I’ll answer the question regardless.
The vast majority of women who get abortions get them to escape the consequences of unprotected sex. In other words, they are not taking responsibility for their actions. That doesn’t change if a child is born. Child is born and both mother and father are then legally and financially responsible for the child. That’s how maternity/paternity laws work in the US.
If the mother is too poor and/or father can’t be established/located, then social programs that already exist will cover the mother and child. We can and should expect more taxpayer money to be spent.

I’m pro choice but they will just respond with the fact that pro lifers tend to be christian and when it comes to adoption or foster parents, they are also usually Christian.
