They actually buy those knives 50/50 from Victorinox and Wenger, now owned by Victorinox. So based on that fact, maybe they could make some catchphrases.

SAKs aren’t made by the Swiss Army. They used to be made by two manufacturers: Victorinox and Wenger. Wenger had financial trouble and now Victorinox owns the Wenger brand too.
There are a number of other Victorinox and Wenger branded products, in particular luggage and watches. I think reviews are generally positive but I suspect you’re still paying a fair amount for the brand.
Victorinox also makes kitchen knives (and has done so for some time).
