Virtually everyone who is anti-LGBTQ+ is secretly LGBTQ or +. This comes as no surprise. The entire conservative platform is a giant grift and lie, but especially on social issues
I think in the other thread I just saw about this nobody has been able to provide a reputable source.
The first thing I’d say is I have no idea who this is, what the Wisconsin State Assembly is, or why I should care about anyone involved with it. I’d also question what “LGBTQ” rights he opposed, and see just how hypocritical he actually is. After all, “LGBTQ Rights” is a wide net to cast, that could be anything from forcing businesses to build new trans bathrooms to trying to criminalize sodomy.
I’d also point out how many people will use this as proof of all the secretly gay Republicans, as if some rando in Wisconsin is proof positive that everyone anti “LGBTQ rights” is secretly gay. People love stories about hypocrisy, even if this is far, far from a story relevant to national politics. Expect it to be a major national news story.
Beyond that, the GOP showing they love American farmers, sounds good to me.
I always see people blaming the Republican side of this, as they should. But rarely do I see people bring up the fact that so many homosexuals try to work agingst their own interests and actively campaign agingst their own.
Schmidt happens.
So…how did he end up on video?
Is this part of his routine? Just wake up, have breakfast, kiss the wife goodbye and head on down to the barn to record amateur gay porn?
Most politicians are crooks or have seriously controversial secrets just like anybody else.
That’s the downside of politics….you can get the influence, power and money but you lose the privacy and peace.
