Actually doing some work
Listen to podcasts if you can. Some of my favorites: 99% Invisible, This American Life, Never Not Funny, Beautiful Anonymous
Stop looking at the clock. Create a predictable routine. Achieve flow. Break time down into blocks. Split your least pleasant tasks. Put something on in the background. Do things you genuinely enjoy. Practice a mental challenge.

Break it into small segments. From 9-10 I’ll do ABC. From 10-11 I’ll do XYZ. Etc.

Just do what they did to Michael Scott (from the series “The Office”) 🤣🤣 fast forward all the clocks in the office, you could get some fun (or get fired, sometimes they are synonyms)
