  1. I’ll randomly hit up someone in my phone list just to say what’s up. It will catch them by surprise and also make them feel special that someone contacted them just to say hi and not to use them for something. I text though because I hate talking on the phone. Lol

  2. Play games where I can talk to people and try my luck at finding someone to play with. I have my own discord full of people I found while adventuring and we pop in when we’re just needing to have company.

  3. I live in NYC so there’s always somebody to talk to. When you always have somebody to talk to, you realize that you don’t want to talk as much. I don’t talk to friends for weeks at times. Not because I can’t, but because I don’t want to. But even if I didn’t have any friends or anything, I still have access to millions of people in this city and I never feel lonely 🤷‍♂️

  4. Distract yourself through routine/hobbies or talk to people on the internet. Something as simple as making dinner or catching up on work/studies really helps because, you know, as a busy man, there’s a lot of days where you can’t afford to feel things.

I’m always available in my DMs if you need someone to talk to.
