What do you eat when you don’t know what to eat but you still must eat?

  1. Handful of nuts, handful of cheerios, a piece of fruit/easy veg like peapods, and a glass of kefir or soymilk.

    But that’s because those are things we almost always have in the house. I think the real answer is: try to have things in your house from at least 2 food groups that you can just grab and eat with no/minimal prep.

  2. I like having cheese and crackers with maybe some fruit or some thing sweet. Maybe some lunch meat if I’m feeling really ambitious. Always hits the spot !
