  1. “You know something,? That’s ok. You don’t need Quagmire to like you. You only need one person to like you. And that’s you. And I’ll tell you something else, I like you.” -A talking 1 year old to a talking intelligent Prius driving dog

  2. Be yourself. Be different from the crowd. Stand out and live life how ever you wish.

My dad taught me that and it is one of the best things he has ever said to me. Changed my whole perspective on life.

  3. Buy good shoes, there is no point getting to where you are going if your feet hurt when you get there.

I do not spend a lot of money, but I always make sure I have some good pairs of shoes.

  4. When the right one comes along, things fall into place and just…. Work. You don’t have to fight for it or prove anything. You do have to work at the relationship once it’s established but initially if it doesn’t work, let them go, for both of your sakes.

  5. “People don’t give a fuck about you” – I’m a very self-conscious person who’s always afraid of somehow attracting negative attention (e.g. people making fun of my appearance). Keeping this in mind helpes me dealing with social anxiety, as harsh as the sentence initially sounds.

  6. When I gotta do anything outside of my comfort zone (which is often) I always say this movie quote in my head:

*“You know, sometimes all you need is twenty seconds of insane courage. Just literally twenty seconds of just embarrassing bravery. And I promise you, something great will come of it.”*

  7. Don’t ever, for any reason, do anything, to anyone, for any reason, ever, no matter what, no matter where, or who, or who you are with, or where you are going, or where you’ve been, ever, for any reason whatsoever.
