Be yourself. Be different from the crowd. Stand out and live life how ever you wish.
My dad taught me that and it is one of the best things he has ever said to me. Changed my whole perspective on life.

Don’t take it personally when people can’t be around for you, most people are going through their own bs we don’t even know about.
Buy good shoes, there is no point getting to where you are going if your feet hurt when you get there.
I do not spend a lot of money, but I always make sure I have some good pairs of shoes.
My mother always told me, if there was something I wanted, don’t wait for a man to provide it, get it for myself.
When the right one comes along, things fall into place and just…. Work. You don’t have to fight for it or prove anything. You do have to work at the relationship once it’s established but initially if it doesn’t work, let them go, for both of your sakes.

People are different. They might do things differently than you would, but still succeed.

When I gotta do anything outside of my comfort zone (which is often) I always say this movie quote in my head:
