My favourite cheese is cheddar cheese. I love its sharp, tangy flavour and its creamy texture.
brie cheese, closely followed by cammenbert
Wensleydale. I love the taste and it also reminds me of Wallace and Gromit!

I love all cheese.
Stilton with a drop of Balsamic vinegar and a slice of apple is a favorite snack. Triple Cream Brie cut in half lengthwise and sandwiched with candied nuts, Maple Syrup, and white wine, then baked until gooey is so good.

I was just looking in the fridge. Gruyere and manchego are there but those are expensive cheeses and manchego in particular isn’t great with everything. Iberico is like half the cost of those two and is a solid all-around cheese. I’ve got some jarlsberg and that’s one of the best in terms of value for cost. I like mild gouda much more but it’s hard to find. For grilled cheese I have cooper sharp american even though it’s not actually “cheese”, and I’ve got some wisconsin cheddar for burgers that is seriously good. There’s a brie that’s been in the back about four months and smells like rotten feet (perfect). Finally some emmentaller which isn’t my favorite but is nice for variety.
I know nothing about cheese (just have types I’ve discovered and liked) so I hope this thread draws some hardcore cheese people to lay down the cheese law.
*FRESH* Parmesano Reggiano. Not the bagged stuff, has to be off the wheel. When you can feel the crunch of the crystals, there’s no other cheese like it.

If I had to pick one cheese for the rest of my life I’d go for a medium cheddar, but if you offered me a cheese right now I’d say St Agur.

Hard to pick just one, but St Angel triple cream Brie is basically straight butter, and as the name suggests, it’s divine.
Feta cheese. I ate an unhealthy amount of it while I was in Greece.
I absolutely adore cheese! My favourite cheese would have to be a toss up between brie and goat cheese. They’re both so creamy and delicious!
I’ve been on a Swiss cheese kick for like 5 years. I guess it’s my favourite because I literally always want it. Other cheeses I have to be in the mood for.
