Haggis. Or Black Pudding.
Haggis gets kind of a bad rep. At the end of the day it’s basically just herbs and mince, and these days it isn’t even cooked inside a sheep’s stomach anymore.
Black pudding I can kind of understand though, since it’s made with blood. I wouldn’t touch it myself.

Fermented fish. It’s… Well, the smell is far worse than the taste, but chances are you won’t make it close enough to taste.
Not local to my area, but a regional thing nearby: “Sow’s stomach” – Saumagen. The idea / name disgusts many Germans as well, but if you ignore the name it’s surprisingly tasty.

A friend of mine gave me this weird looking food that looked brown and weird meat thing from Ethiopia 🇪🇹 and I had no idea what it was but it was amazing, I just dont have any Ethiopian restaurants near me lol.
