  1. Had a professor my last semester of school that simultaneously claimed “i only give out A’s for truly EXCEPTIONAL work. Getting an A shouldn’t be easy”, and “students care too much about getting high grades and not enough about *actually* learning. The experience should be more important than the letter grade”.

You’d think if she didn’t want us to worry about our grades she wouldn’t have put us in a situation where we *had to*. Which is it lorrie, are letter grades important or not?

  2. The bosses kept saying we were leaving too early, said 10 people x 10 min “early” means 100 minutes of work lost.

Douchebags wanted us to clean the workplace in our own time.

They forget the 80 hours that we had collectively given that day.

The boss can go fuck himself with a rusty tetanus covered rake.

  3. A manager-in-training on his first day fired an employee for not doing something they were not allowed to do according to company rules. The true manager had to come in to fix it.

  4. When I was younger I used to work in this warehouse, and the manager came out and basically said “Ok you have to work twice as hard or you’re fired.” The company went under month later, but my point is maybe don’t be a dick to people and try to avoid trouble before the trouble comes calling you.

  5. We had a ton of people leave for poor working conditions brought on by upper management.

So upper management made OT mandatory to make up for the loss in production.
