It’s not entirely gone but when I realized there were grown ass adults pretty blatandly lying about stuff like climate change or how IQ works and that they’re working at these really well funded ‘think tanks’ that don’t do anything worthwhile.

Going from a pretty good childhood to then it going sharply downhill at 6-7. Growing up in an abusive house and a destroyed family
I don’t remember, but it sure was a mistake to have it at some point.
People trying to rort disaster relief payments/supplies, people who steal from charities, and people that commit brazen fraud within the welfare system. It shows some of the worst qualities of humans. I know it’s only a minority, but it just hurts to think people could be so greedy/selfish.
