  1. Mayonnaise. Almost every sandwich I’ve ever had is missing a fatty element that cheese just doesn’t fulfill. Mayo is the answer.

My ultimate sandwich base has always included salt, pepper, bread & butter pickles, mayonnaise, mustard, a spicy sauce (sriracha, buffalo, tabasco). Bread of choice, protein of choice, cheese of choice, toasted and sliced diagonally. Bonus points for fresh lettuce, tomato and bell peps, but ultimately optional.

  2. It’s none of these answers, what makes a sandwich great is the heart you put into it and learning what kind of sandwich you are, that’s how you make a sandwich

  3. Inverse toasting.

Today the bread but use the bagel button, so one side remains pillowy. Assemble the sandwich so that the pillowy side faces out. That way you get the crunchy texture but you don’t scrape at the roof of your mouth.
