    I get I – they protect the company and not the employee. But in the last 10 years, really weird, invasive behavior seems almost the norm in that field. Last 3 companies I have been at I have seen HR engage in unethical practices. I’ve seen them protect Sexual assaulters, I have seen them engage in discrimination and I have seen them retaliate against employees for using those ‘Business Ethics’ hotlines. I am an engineer and with my professional credentials, I have Code of Conducts and Standards out the wazoo. HR seems to be a profession that does not police itself.

  2. CEO with everything going on its become less of a title of hard work and more associated with a point of privilege. People are starting to realize that a ceo can go on auto pilot to some degree and it will be fine since they most likely already have other people taking care of all the day to day.
