It probably wasn’t easy in childhood either, but it’s definitely more difficult as you get older!

as time goes on I’ll see pictures of me when I was younger and I’ll look at myself now, and I’ll realize how much I’ve changed mentally, facial, I’ve gotten taller etc.
everyone should realize that too, it’s crazy how much we all change in the span of our life time.
