I’m from south Louisiana and we’re known for having amazing food but a few common turn offs that come to mind are smothered oxtails, fried alligator, shrimp and grits, boiled crawfish, boudin, and maybe fried oyster poorboys with lettuce tomato mayo and hot sauce. Some of those are weirder than other and they’re all delicious.
