Rhode Island.
I dont think I’ve ever heard of news coming out if Nebraska. Or Iowa.
North Dakota. Ive lived there (specifically the coldest town in America) and there is nothing. Absolutely nothing out there, just flat empty cold

I’ve never heard a peep out of Idaho. Does Nebraska exist?
Hmm…Let me break down the states I hear the least about.
Idaho: Just potatoes. I literally know nothing else about Idaho or what goes on there.
Montana: I only hear stuff from there because I like to hear about the paleontology community and many fossils are there. Also National parks.
Both Dakotas: what even happens there?
Wyoming: besides Yellowstone, if it went missing would anyone even notice?
I don’t think Maine is an actual place

New Hampshire and Vermont. I know people live there, I know it’s cold, I know there’s maple syrup, but like what’s going on up there? Do people just keep to themselves and never leave?

West Virginia. Why can’t all those country roads get represented in the news?

Delaware. The Simpsons even made a joke about going there for a vacation.

We heard a lot about it when Palin was relevant but since then not much.
Surprisingly i haven’t seen much about Hawaii either.
West Virginia. I sometimes almost forget it exists until I hear that John Denver song come play once in a blue moon.

Delaware. I’m an American, from the northeast, and I barely believe it exists.
Not counting local news, Vermont.
And stories about people *from* Vermont, particularly Senators, don’t count.
Even in elections, polls close at 8:00…at 8:00 and 39 seconds…”Vermont just called for the Democrats.”

This weird place called Wyoming. I’ve never heard of it.
