The wheel. Has stood the test of time for nearly all of humanity
Zippers. I don’t ever see them changing how they are and I don’t know how you could make them any better then they are now.
Buttons on clothing. Simple, easy to replace.

I think its seizer, there is no need of further innovation to it.

The toilet- sure we can mess with the pressure or the amount of water per flush, but overall there’s not much we can really do to improve, quick simple bodily waste removal.
