  1. The hope that I’ll get better in general. Focusing feels easier when you have a more positive attitude about it. Also I have adhd so to *really* boost that focus I tell myself I’ll get a treat at the end of what I need to do

  2. Trying really hard to not worry about things that are out of my control. I’m still working on it, and have a long way to go, but it certainly helps.

  3. Early planning. If I gotta finish something on Saturday, I’ll do it as well as I can on Monday and i’ll be super motivated for the sake of not having to do anything for the rest of the week.
