  1. the concept of what we just learn starts appearing more cus we’re aware of it. bullllshit. Like yea no duh imma see blue cars if i TRY to see blue cars. But i can’t wrap my head around how often i learn smt and then see it in an example in class a day later

edit: i guess this might be where someone tells me that it’s just my subconscious triggering an association, but it just feels weird

  2. Cryptos.

I was gifted some, and I read everything there is to read, but I still don’t get it. It makes me feel dumb. They have increased in worth, but I’m not really sure what that means.

  3. How only one side of the moon faces the earth. I get it that the rotation of the moon is roughly equal to the time it takes to circle the earth. And they say that one side faces the earth because a lot of the heavier metals in the moon’s core got pulled toward that side because of the earth’s gravity when the moon was still forming. That seems contradictory. To say that one side faces the earth because of the magnetic attraction of those metals toward the earth doesn’t track with the idea of a rotating sphere. It either rotates, or it doesn’t. If it rotates, at some point you would see the other side.
