  1. Potatoes are cheap. You can cook them a ton of different ways. Same for eggs. If you get some instant noodles or white rice they go well with eggs. Rice and beans are super cheap too. Get a cheap bottle of hot sauce too to make things less boring. Sardines are also cheap and good for you. If you don’t like the fish taste get hot sauce or mustard ones.
