  1. A three car garage. I currently live in a little duplex with a gravel parking area and a tin shed for the lawnmower. Having a nice big garage for two cars and a workshop side to store all my tools would be a dream. Get a little work bench, store all the decorative holiday stuff out there. Not have to haul a mitre saw up from the crawl space if I need to cut a board anymore …

  2. A Bentley. I have a good vehicle that I love and it’s paid for, but I lust after a Bentley. First time I saw one I fell in love with it, and have wanted one ever since. But it’s not the most practical $400,000 I could spend (if I had it).

  3. I want a death star. Together, construction and launch of a small death star to low Earth orbit would cost around $1,370,000,000,000,000,000,000

  4. i wouldn’t say it’s a luxury item but it came close: a new graphics card. now that the prices are a bit better and after waiting for more than a year i said fuck it and bought one, but i still paid more than i should have

  5. A commercial pilots licence and something cool to fly in. Maybe not a full-on private jet, but maybe a fast turboprop like a TBM 940.

  6. A modern house with a nice view. Like a proper glass palace with airy and spacious rooms. I have to spend the vast majority of my time indoors due the climate, so having space would be most welcome.

Such things exist but I’m short of I dunno, about a million dollars.

  7. Aside from real expensive things like houses or cars and all that, i want to collect figurines of my fav anime, game, or movie characters. but a for example a starwars figurine (that i would like and want to collect) would cost 200 to 300 bucks and the cheap ones are crappy and bootlegged monstrosities.

  8. A vacation home near a ski resort. Honestly I would be fine with a small condo or plopping a double wide on some land. The mountains close enough for me to day trip are tiny and the ones worth going overnight cost an arm and a leg for a hotel.

  9. Probably a nice comfortable villa or a fully decked out woodworking workshop. I feel like I legitimately could not enjoy something like a yacht, jumbo jet or rolls royce car, it just seems like a waste to me.

  10. An A. Lange & Söhne watch. Absolutely useless but my god those watches are beautiful. You know the saying: If I would have Patek Philippe money, I would buy an A. Lange & Söhne

  11. A Citation CJ4+, with free maintenance and fuel. Big enough to get me anywhere (as long as I don’t mind making fuel stops to cross oceans), small enough that it can be flown single pilot.

  12. A roomba. I thought recently “I should get one” saw the prices and was like “oh…okay, nevermind”.

I’m a very simple man and don’t really want anything that fancy, I guess a new PC would be more expensive but I already have a custom working PC, its just outdated.

  13. I want a massage chair. I really don’t like being touched. I had a deep tissue massage last week because my physical therapy recommended I get one. It wasn’t for me. I prefer to be in my own home and relax in my own way. If is hard for me to relax when someone I don’t know is touching me.

I have recently found a work out routine that actually works for me. I am putting in the effort to get healthier and stronger. A massage chair would help with that. I know it is a selfish thing to want. It’s a lot of money. But it would mean the world to me.
