When you close your eyes and try to see an image, do you actually see it or is it just dark?

  1. I feel like I should be able to actually “see” things I imagine. I feel like I could at some point in my life, but not like long ago, it always feels like something I could do recently. But when I lay in bed and try to picture something, I just get and I oression verging on form. It’s sometimes very frustrating and can keep me up at night.
