I hear like a buzzing sound.
Or another way to describe it for me is it kinda sounds like how a quite (but still audible) refrigerator!!

Ringing tone – I have tinnitus.
Yea, its called tinnitus. Started getting it in my left ear a few years ago. Years of tool use and loud shows finally caught up to me at age 34.
Wear hearing protection. I didnt.
There’s no such thing as total silence for me.
There’s always something going off somewhere.
I probably have to try sensory deprivation chamber.
I sometimes hear my nose , like a mini whistle 😅

Rining. But it isn’t Tinnitus. Its the sound of the universe frequency.

Ringing for a while. But if I sit for a period of time 10-15 minutes usually, it’s like a switch flips off and all the ambient sound turns off or gets quieter
There’s definitely a faint “rushing” sound…like water running. But I only hear it when it’s DEAD quiet, like I’m in a very remote area at night.
Whenever I’m at a very quiet place (on my bed for example) I hear a very subtle ringing sound, like when you get a flashbang to the face in CSGO but much more quiet. I don’t feel upset with that at all, it only happens when the environment is rather quiet.
my grammy told me that noise is jesus letting you know youre never alone.
I have constant sorta white noisy thing going on that I can only really hear when it’s quiet. There’s sometimes ringing too, but rare and doesn’t last long
I’m fifty and stood next to many a speaker system back in the 80/90’s. It’s tinnitis all the way baby!
I hear lunch bell.
I hear a high pitched sound – not a ringing more like a steady tone. It’s only been in the past few years though.
A continuous beep sound ,but stops after sometimes.
