Which movie, when it was over, made you think, “what the fuck just happened’ or “what the fuck did I just see”?

  1. Dark Phoenix.

I’ve seen more god awful movies than I care to count (Ballistic: Ecks vs Sever, Battlefield Earth, Black Christmas (2006), Book of Shadows: Blair Witch II, Dragonball Evolution, Green Lantern, The Haunting of Molly Hartley, The Last Airbender, Priest, Turistas, X-Men Origins: Wolverine… it’s a long, sad list). I’d not even kidding when I say that I’d watch every single one of them one thousand times before I’d ever force myself to sit through Dark Phoenix again. To me, it really was that bad. Fox should be fucking ashamed of the fact that they ever let it see the light of day.

  2. Mad God.

It’s the closest thing I’ve ever seen to a nightmare on film. A stop motion trip through a hellish dimension of grotesque abominations and horrific imagery.

Definitely left me unsettled when it was finally over.

  3. David Lynch films: Uncanny, feels like a dream. Makes no sense but makes a ton of sense at the same time.

Neil Breen films: Try’s so hard to be David Lynch but fails. Might be satirical for how bad they are (but aren’t according to interviews). Hilariously bad… everything.
