There is, it’s called external work with no one else
Picture it… a whole playground full of middle aged people… laying on the ground because they hurt something.
There are, you just have to pay a lot. For example those rock climbing gyms or the places with the room sized trampolines.
Zoning laws make it so you can’t have non-park public spaces. That means you can only build parking lots, single family homes, and department stores.
There’s too much money to be made than to give adults happiness for free.
