TIL Islam reveres cats. Muezza was apparently Mohammad’s favorite cat (her name means “cherished one”). One day Mohammad was preparing to attend prayer, but Muezza was sleeping on his prayer robe. Rather than disturb Muezza he got a pair of scissors and cut his sleeve off

Nothing to substantiate the claims but ‘ Hadith’s’ which are by definition hearsay’s of supposedly what the ‘prophet’ said. And the bias in the article discredits whatever info it’s trying to convey
