  1. 10,000 steps a day aint shit if you are not eating correctly, if your diet is terrible, you need 30,000 steps a day and even then that won’t burn it. 10,000 steps a day is way up there on the BS meter with the BMI index. Keep on walking, walking is very important for your health.
