Today I learned, a whale shark’s diet consists of very small prey, because it’s throat is about as narrow as a quarter.

A quarter, eh?
Gosh imagine being sooo huge and throat being so narrow! Nature is amazing!!! But what I find interesting is that, “each whale shark has its own individual spot pattern; like human fingerprints, no two are exactly alike.”.
I need to watch a video on vertical suction feeding.
Why’s its mouth so big?
I swam alongside one of them. It was amazing!
More whale than shark, it seems.
